The policies are in place to provide you with the best experience and with the best possible results. By booking an appointment with Brows by Melie, you are agreeing to these terms. Please ensure you have read all policies and FAQ before booking your appointment.

BOOKING Policy
▪️ A non-refundable deposit Is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. The deposit will be deducted from the total cost of the session. Deposits must be sent via E-transfer within 1 hour of booking. Failure to do so will result in cancellation.
▪️ PMU: $75 deposit
▪️ Lami/Lift: $25 deposit
▪️ NO guests, children, or pets allowed due to cross-contamination and security/distraction reasons. Please respect our policy and do not show up with a “guest” unannounced. This will result in a $30 fee unless we have spoken about it beforehand.
▪️ Cellphone use is prohibited during the appointment to avoid interruption. Please put your phone on dnd or silent during the appointment.
▪️ You must be 18+ even with parental consent for PMU services.
▪️ Any brow work NOT done by ME, is considered a new set of brows.
▪️ Please notify me if you are running late:
▪️There is a grace period of 10min. After 15 mins late, you will be charged a $30 late fee. *with zero exceptions
▪️After 20min late - we will have to reschedule your appointment and a new deposit is required on the spot.
▪️ Please do not arrive more than 10 min early, I routinely and thoroughly sanitize my studio and tools in between each client and need the time to do so.
RESCHEDULES:
▪️ 3 days’ notice must be given for any reschedules. Failure to do so will result in a $50 rescheduling fee.
**(e.g. if your appointment is on Wednesday, rescheduling request must be made by Sunday 11:59pm)
▪️ If rescheduled more than once, your deposit will be forfeited and you will be required to send a new deposit of $75 upon rescheduling.
▪️ No-shows are unacceptable and will result in losing the privilege to book again unless full service is paid beforehand.
CANCELLATIONS:
▪️ If you need to cancel, please let me know.
There are no refunds on deposits.
▪️ The remaining balance will be paid on the appointment day. Payment options: Cash (no tax) and E-transfer (+tax)
ALL DEPOSITS are NON-REFUNDABLE.
*All PMU services are considered a multiple-step appointment process.
▪️ All results will vary per person depending on their: skin, lifestyle, existing hair, bone structure, any medications taken, and Pre-Care/Aftercare.
▪️ Absolutely NO guarantees can be made and additional sessions may be required to obtain optimal results. Additional charges will apply.
▪️ There are NO refunds once the service is completed. However, if you are not satisfied with your brows, I will do my best to ensure client satisfaction and results!
▪️ Rates are subject to change without notice. I will honor the price at the time you booked your appointment as long as you sent your deposit.

▪️We may collect and process personal information including, but not limited to, your name, email address, home or work address, telephone number, payment information, or other information that personally identifies you.

▪️We may collect information when you make an appointment for our services, purchase products or services on our website, create an account, interact with our social media sites, sign up for promotional offers, or subscribe to our email newsletters.

▪️Your information may be used to fulfill orders, bookings, and appointments, process payments, provide customer service, and communicate with your administration of marketing communications.
How We Share Your Information:
▪️We will not sell or rent your personal information to any third party. We may share limited personal information with third-party service providers or affiliates that help us provide services or fulfill orders, process payments, customer service engagements, and marketing promotions.
Security:
▪️We use reasonable and appropriate measures in keeping personal information secure, including storage of hard copy files with restricted access.
Your Rights:
▪️You may request access to your personal data, the right of erasure, rectification, portability, restriction, and object processing, and lodge a complaint whenever necessary.
